ChildPlay in Stokey for London Design Festival

Architectural designer Lewis Kane is leading a series of free workshops at Stokey PopUp as part of the London Design Festival.
The ChildPlay event, in collaboration with KindHaus Family Club, takes place on Saturday September 23 from midday till 4.30pm – admission is free. Pop along on the day or register here.
It’s suitable for toddlers and primary school children. Activities will include designing and print on T-shirts and other objects using recycled materials, and home-made glue and making life-sized creations from recycled boxes.
Lunch will be supplied by La Rosetta Pizzeria and there’ll be drinks for children and adults from Behind this Wall.
At 3.30pm local ceramic artist Ruth Robledo will be leading a clay modelling workshop. You can also save 20% at her online shop during the festival with code STOKEYPOPUP.
Families can let their hair down at the evening social (4.30pm-9.30pm) when there’ll be live music by Stagg.
This is the first year the London Design Festival has come to Stoke Newington – the programme of events takes place in the area until this Sunday September 24th.
